 The Crown Chrysler Dodge dealership in Greensboro, NC, sold for $6.05 million or about $286 per square-foot.
The 21,171-square-foot building at 3607 W. Wendover Ave. was built in 1986 in the Central Guilford County submarket.
Charles Zevenhuizen and Sean Dowell of Commercial Carolina|Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. Patrick Murray of the Real Estate Investment Team represented the buyer.
