Company History 

Real Estate Investment Team was founded in 1990 by George N. Harris, CCIM Instructor, and Donna E. Culbreth. The purpose of the company was to specialize in the sale and management of commercial properties in North and South Carolina. Great success was achieved in a short time. Mr. Harris passed away in 1992 and Donna Culbreth has continued to move the company in a positive direction and is now joined by an associate, T. Patrick Murray. Donna has 29 years experience in commercial sales and management. Her experience includes the sale of hotels/motels, shopping centers, medical complexes, apartments and office buildings. Our team includes attorneys and accountants highly trained in legal and tax matters to include 1031 Exchanges. As members of the ICSC, we continually attend seminars and study sessions to ensure that we are up to date on all of the latest developments in commercial real estate.
